SOSFood aims to accelerate the ecological transition of food systems using the great potential of Artificial Intelligence technologies.
It will support all stakeholders in the food chain to make well-informed decisions with a multifactorial, multi-stakeholder and multi-scale approach, achieving more productive, inclusive, sustainable and resilient food systems.
