DATAlife travels to Thessaloniki, Greece, to attend the Synergy days 2023, an event focused on discussion and knowledge sharing around the Digital Agriculture organized by SmartAgriHubs from October 4 to 5.

This meeting marks the end of SmartAgriHubs, a Horizon 2020 project that ran from 2018 to 2021. It aimed to support a network of agricultural innovation hubs that managed to bring together 164 partners from the agri-food sector and 149 Digital Innovation Hubs (DIHs). Currently, it has more than 3200 active users on the Innovation Portal, with more than 300 DIHs.

A total of 25 European Union (EU) projects, focused on the role of digital in the agri-food sector, are participating in this conference. These will introduce attendees to both methods to address climate change and a wide range of innovative solutions.

DATAlife also participates in the event moderating  the Digital and data technologies in agriculture table, as well as participating in another of them where it will have the opportunity to show the EDIH DATAlife project.
